RECEIVE report of the Executive Officer.

RECEIVE AND FILE this progress report on the North
County Combined Highway Corridor (Part I) (Study), which focuses on the I-5
Golden State Freeway and the SR-14 Antelope Valley Freeways in the North County.
8.
RECEIVE AND FILE report on the progress towards completing the North
County Combined Highway Corridor Study, which
contains three major roadway segments along State Route 138.
Consideration
of items not on the posted agenda, including: items to be presented and (if
requested) referred to staff; items to be placed on the agenda for action at a
future meeting of the Committee or Board; and/or items requiring immediate
