1. RECEIVED AND FILED report on the 1999 Call for Projects, including the following:

  1. discussion of the 1999 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Call for Projects preliminary staff recommendations and the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) recommendations. TAC concurred with all staff recommendations, but recommended adding $4 million in new funding to both the bicycle and pedestrian categories;

  2. review of project rankings and recommended funding amounts; and

  3. discussion of Proposition C 25% (Transit Related Highway Uses) debt policy adjustment necessary to fund the Call for Projects.
