Overview: These are annual reports completed by independent
auditors regarding the revenues and expenditures of Propositions A and
C.
The Proposition A Fund is a special revenue fund used to account for the proceeds of the
voter-approved one-half percent sales tax that became effective on August 20, 1980.
Proposition C, officially named the "Los Angeles Anti-Gridlock Transit
Improvement Fund," is used to account for the proceeds of the
voter-approved one-half percent sales tax that became effective August
8, 1990.
