36. APPROVE:
A. a
one-time allocation to the Municipal Operators of up to
$3.6 million, to be spent within two years of this approval as a
non-precedent-setting action that will not impact the $15,420,000 Municipal Operator
Service Improvement Program (MOSIP) funds that have been approved in the FY03 budget; and
B. establishment
of a taskforce including representation from Municipal Operators to reevaluate a more
efficient and equitable system for all regional funding.
